A traffic police officer in yizhang county, hunan province found a truck with a strong odor of animal odor in the early hours of October 19, 2018. Police found 31 owls and 3 ocelots in the carriage. The driver is now in criminal custody and will be sentenced to more than 10 years in prison and fined and confiscated property, police said.
