A large truck plowed into traffic in a traffic jam on the ring expressway in fuzhou, fujian province, sept 15, 2018, causing a chain reaction. A source said the driver suspected there was a traffic jam ahead and there was no time to brake. The car was badly damaged and many people were taken to hospital.
